And Happy New Year! We have an exciting set of news for you this year! We are going to:

• Record an album


• Tour in Europe


• Paint our van black

In other news, we have our first confirmed gigs for 2010 now on the site!

Last night saw us supporting the legendary Jello Biafra with his new band The Guantanamo School of Medicine.

It was a truly awesome night, we played main support for them and had a great time.

The Guantanamo School of Medicine were excellent, and Jello hasn't lost any of his charisma and still makes a fantastic frontman.

They also really enjoyed us, and to quote Jello himself:
"It was great to play with someone wierd instead of the same old shit"

If you fancy coming along to see us, Fat Salad, and Barrio Kingdom at Factory Studios this weekend, come on down!

It's going to kick off at about 8pm and go on late into the night.

Only downside is... £10 entry. You can get your ticket at Bristol Ticket Shop. Come and rub noses with the movers and shakers in Bristol...!

So we played a gig last night at The Cooler

In terms of attendance it was fairly quiet, but the standard of bands were anything but quiet or tame!

Langur, Pint o Spirits and Bohemian Embassy were all fantastic. It was a real party of a gig, with all the bands clearly enjoying themselves despite the lower attendance.

As for us, well, Tom threw up in his mouth a bit and broke his amp during Roger, we all forgot one of the songs in the set list even existed, and we accidentally slated Kid Carpet (in the nicest possible way), but other than that, we had a FUCKING amazing show, the most energetic gig we've played in a long time!!

Los Conios, Yum Yums, +1 TBC will be playing at Green Park Taver, Bath on 22/05/2009.

Los Conios are wandering over Bath way to do a gig at the Green Park Tavern, an exciting new prospect with a new promoter!

That is correct, you heard me right! I am going to update the site. It needs some work. I have fallen so far behind on the old photos that I dont even remember what ones I still need to put up!

So instead of that, we will have a new look MEDIA page, with more of what you want babies!

Oh yes, and the Stiff Little Fingers gig was fucking awesome. Hooo yeah!!

We got back from another wild show at The Worlds End in Camden courtesy of those lovable rogues Turning Worm and we found an email waiting for us offering us the opening slot for the Bristol leg of the Stiff Little Fingers UK tour!


So obviously we fell over ourselves to get a reply off and confirm the show! More details to follow soon. If you haven't heard of the living legends that are Stiff Little Fingers, you should be ashamed. Also, the main support are a band called "Chelsea" another band deserving of the word "seminal", so come on down and see the show!


If you get there in time (by 8.15pm at the LATEST folks!) you'll even get to see us play, wont that be nice! YES.


There will probably be a reduced price guest list available to those of you who get in touch with us, we'll keep you posted

So we have been a bit slack with this, and aint been updating it.


We played PARIS in December, and will be going back soon because we fucking LOVED it.

You may have noticed that for the last week or so losconios.com has been down. This is due to us migrating to a new server, which is now finished. You will notice no difference, however.

In other news, Gig with the Yum Yums was fantastic, as was Dean Lane Skate Park, as WILL BE the 25th October at the Junction... get dressed up!!

Other other news, we head to FFG Studios on the 15th November to do recording duties, we cannot WAIT!

We had a fucking brilliant night supporting the Dead Kennedy's at the academy! Thanks for all who came early to see us. We had our last official gig with Nick at the Lousiana on Saturday which was an excellent gig but sad because we will miss you Nick! Thanks to Figment for having us.

In another news, we got double booked for ANOTHER gig, so the March 13th has ALSO been cancelled. We promise some real gigs soon, honest honest!

In other news, after much thought, debate and soul searching, we have parted ways with General Practitioner of Fuck, Mr. Jimothy Reuter. It is a sad thing, but we decided that we needed to go it alone for a while, and for various reasons. We still love you Jimothy, never forget! xxxx

So now that 2 gigs have been cancelled, we've added a new one, so you can ignore the post below this... the displayed gig IS happening!

The gigs listed above (31st Jan and 16th Feb) are both cancelled because the dates were double booked. We only recently found this out and sorry if you were planning on coming. Keep checking for updates though as more gigs are soon to be added xx

HELLO!

Guess what?

... Yes, we've done London now, and hope to go back there again soon. The Inn on the Green show was a fantastic night, never have we heard such high praise from such high people...! The Worlds End show was wonderful, the pub is a gert lush place, and the Turning Worm folk were awesome. Photos coming soon, just as soon as The Cardiographer has time to sort them out, as well as the Sexy Times!
